L’Union Européenne requiert le vote de tous les membres pour ratifier le traité avant de l’instaurer, et les votants irlandais seront à nouveau invités à voter par référendum en fin d’année malgré le fait qu’ils avaient rejeté ce traité l’an passé… Tucker a déclaré qu’un élément-clé de la réunion du groupe Bilderberg de cette année était un effort pouramener le Président Obama à “glisser vers la ratification du Traité de la Cour Internationale de Justice” en transmettant cette ratification au Sénat pour la faire voter. “Leurs tactiques sont celles-ci”, a dit Tucker : “Obama est censé parlementer avec les nombreux démocrates de gauche du Congrès qui veulent vraiment l traité de la Cour Internationale de Justice qui sont tellement effrayés, car les gens sont fortement opposés à abandonner leur souveraineté qu’ils craignaient voter pour lui - les lâches - et donc Obama devrait parlementer avec eux et leur dire de ne pas s’inquiéter, qu’ils auront davantage de libéraux [NDLR : démocrates de gauche] au Sénat après les élections de 2010 et donc qu’en Janvier 2011, quand le Nouveau Sénat sera installé, ils pourront alors ratifier le traité tard le samedi soir, quand il est trop tard le dimanche matin pour l’impression dans les journaux ou pour la préparation des talk-shows du dimanche… et qu’il n’y aura pas de réaction politique”. Tucker a confirmé les informations relayées en premier par Daniel Estulin, que le Bilderberg se demandaient s’ils fallait couler l’économie rapidement ou la plomber durant un longue dépression agonisante. “Le ministre de l’Economie et des Finances Geithner et Carl Bildt ont vanté les mérites d’une récession plus courte plutôt qu’une une récession de 10 ans… en partie parce qu’une récession de 10 ans causerait des dommages aux industriels du Bilderberg eux-mêmes, et autant ils veulent un Ministère mondial du Travail et un Ministère mondial du Trésor, autant ils aiment encore faire de l’argent et une telle récession aussi longue leur couterait cher industriellement car personne n’achèterait leurs jou-jous. Le boucher va aussitôt porter le même billet au paysan qui l'approvisionne en viande. Le paysan, à son tour, se dépêche d'aller payer sa dette à la pute pour ses bons services.
La pute boucle la boucle en se rendant à l'hôtel pour rembourser l'hôtelier qu'elle ne payait plus lorsqu'elle prenait une chambre à l'heure. Au moment où elle dépose le billet de 100 dollars sur le comptoir, le touriste, qui revenait justement dire à l'hôtelier qu'il n'aimait pas sa chambre et qu'il n'en voulait plus, ramasse son billet et disparaît.
Rien n'a été dépensé, ni gagné, ni perdu. N'empêche que plus personne dans le village n'a de dettes.
N'est-ce pas ainsi qu'on tente de résoudre - sans peine - la crise mondiale?
